Processing time.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Liverpool fulfilment location. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Estimated delivery times.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. As a general guide:

UK: 2–5 business days
EU: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

EU customs & duties.

Orders shipped to EU countries are shipped with applicable taxes and customs charges handles in advance where applicable.

For eligible orders up to €150, EU VAT is collected through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means you should not normally be asked to pay import VAT when your order arrives.

We aim to provide a straightforward delivery experience with no unexpected customs charges. Delivery times may be affected by customs and processing or carrier delays.

Order tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, a tracking number will be included.
